Our dear guest and friend, the famous People’s Artist of Ukraine Arsen Mirzoyan, came to visit me today.

Taking advantage of this opportunity, I awarded the People’s Artist of Ukraine, and the favorite of many Ukrainians, a beautiful singer and patriot of the Ukrainian people, who with his creative work raises the image of our state and inspires our community to protect the native land, with the “Star of Honor” order! He gives faith and hope to the Ukrainian people for the return of Ukrainian lands and the preservation of the lives of our brothers and sisters who are fighting at the front for the bright future of the entire Ukrainian, multinational and friendly people!
