I, the Head of the All-Ukrainian Assembly of Community Organizations of Ukraine “People’s Rada”, on behalf of the entire Ukrainian people, want to express my gratitude to the Federal President of Austria, Mr. Alexander Van der Bellen, and the Federal Chancellor of Austria, Mr. Karl Nehammer, Head of the National for Austria to Mr. Wolfgang Sobotka of Austria to Alexander Schallenberg and to the entire order of Austria, as well as to all the passionate and kind Austrian people, for supporting the Ukrainian people, which you give us, advocating for the military aggression against Ukraine, for the lives of Ukrainian children, mothers, wives, old people, as well as young boys of our sons, fathers, brothers, who are mercilessly aware of this war, which is clearly to bear a native character and that is why you are a simple Ukrainian!!!

I, the Head of the All-Ukrainian Council of Community Organizations of Ukraine “People’s Rada”, which unites over 4,600 all-Ukrainian community organizations of Ukraine and over 6,000,000 (six million) These are the citizens of Ukraine who want the right to vote until the future of our land. Together with those like you, who kindly put themselves before the people of Ukraine, the sovereign figures of the various regions of the world, we ask you to contact the President and the order of the Russian Federation with a proposal about the non-incorporation of any military forces ій.
The Ukrainian people ask YOU to put pressure on the President and order of the Russian Federation, so that they will unintentionally cause the escalation of the war in Ukraine, and prepare the population of Russia for the purpose of starting a war against other Europeans powers, so we understand and understand that the beginning of the war in Ukraine passed This is how the population of Russia is bombed morally and psychologically against ordinary Ukrainian citizens.
I, on behalf of the Ukrainian people, ask the Federal President of Austria Mr. Alexander Van der Bellen, the Federal Chancellor of Austria Mr. Karl Nehammer, the Head of the National for Austria Mr. Wolfgang Sobotka, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Austria Alexander Schallenberg, and on a permanent basis negotiations with the President and the order of the Russian Federation, to achieve the residual impact of the war! Therefore, we ask you to change the Russian government and withdraw the Russian troops from the entire sovereign territory of Ukraine and continue the military operations. In order to prevent any military provocations, introduce into the demarcation zone between the cordons of the Russian Federation and Ukraine an international contingent, which consists of representatives of all countries of the world that enter the Organization’s warehouse ii United Nations.
I, the Head of the All-Ukrainian Council of Community Organizations of Ukraine “People’s Rada”, promise that Ukraine will praise the decision at the foreign power referendum and consolidate the price on the legislative level until Ukraine joins NATO or any other military blocs. I believe that in the event of a war on the side of the Russian Federation, it is important that the majority of Ukrainians will vote for the neutral status of Ukraine, thereby forming the people of Austria and the Swiss Confederation. Ukraine guarantees to Russia and the whole world its adherence to the principles of peaceful cooperation with all powers of the world, stands for the sovereignty of all powers and the preservation of their national identity!
Looking at this, we want to start a war on the territory of Ukraine and prevent the expansion of the military conflict to other European powers, as well as the powers of America. І do not allow this war to escalate into a third world war, because this war is already in the nature of a nuclear war, which will ultimately kill not millions, but billions of people in Europe, America and other countries that one
I, the Head of the All-Ukrainian Council of Community Organizations of Ukraine “People’s Rada”, Academician and First Vice-President of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine, with the knowledge that it is possible to create a new system of economic finance Our mutual relations with the world. It is possible to allow all parts of the world to save their capital and increase their wealth on a permanent basis without any disruption to any wars or any military conflicts or coups d’etat. and similar, overexposed to more negative, aggressor technologies for the plunder of other people’s territories and wealth from the legacy of zagarbnytsky wars and all kind of coups d’etat.
I strongly believe that the new economic and financial programs of all world powers will be implemented in life, as a result of which all the world’s powers will benefit from growth. As the power of the world is implementing my developments in the economy and finances on the territory of its sovereign powers, which will allow us to greatly advance the level of life of the communities of all these countries!
