Appeal to Mrs. Penny Sue Pritzker To the US Special Representative For Economic Affairs in Ukraine

Mrs. Penny Sue Pritzker
To the US Special Representative
For Economic Affairs in Ukraine
Dear Mrs. Penny Sue Pritzker!
Knowing you well as a responsible political figure not only in the United States, but throughout the world, I am confident that you will be able to restore order in the Ukrainian economy. I personally appeal to you with a huge request to consider and, possibly, accept for implementation some of my proposals for the restoration and development of the Ukrainian economy.
I am a person who has almost 40 years of experience in many areas of the Ukrainian economy, ranging from medicine, the oil and gas industry, the production of mineral fertilizers at all five chemical giants of the Ukrainian economy in the past, such as Odessa Port Plant, Cherkasy Azot, Rivne “Azot”, PJSC Severodonetsk “Azot”, Gorlovsky “Stirol”, as well as having experience working with such metallurgical complexes as “Northern Mining and Processing Plant”, “Krivoy Rog Mining and Processing Plant”, “Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant”, “ Donetsk Metallurgical Plant”, “Zaporozhye Ferroalloy Plant”, “Kalush Chemical Plant “Oreana”, ending with the agro-industrial sector of Ukraine, in which I continue to work today.
I have many proposals for the implementation and restoration of the activities of all Ukrainian, both industrial and agricultural enterprises. In particular, I see that the Ukrainian economy is able to fill the budget itself in the amount of at least $40 billion annually only through the reorganization of the agro-industrial complex. And even more than twice as much, Ukraine is able to receive budget revenues as a result of the reorganization of the oil and gas complex, electric power facilities, as well as all industrial enterprises of the mining and metallurgical sector, as a result of optimizing the work of the main chemical enterprises of Ukraine.
In these industries, it is necessary to resolve issues not only of de-oligarchization, but also with relatively minimal financial investments, a correct scientific and practically sound approach, it is possible to increase production volumes and the profitability of these enterprises by more than double for the Ukrainian budget, as well as for the development of Ukrainian medium and small businesses in these sectors of the economy.
For example, to save the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine at the expense of the financial resources allocated to Ukraine by America and other countries allies of Ukraine, as well as international donors such as the International Monetary Fund, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and other funds, it is possible with a small 25% return Ukrainian agricultural producers to buy back all the agricultural products produced in 2023, thereby solving the issue of filling the state reserve of Ukraine, and the surplus agricultural products can be exported by the state itself through its numerous enterprises that are inactive today, which, when exporting these agricultural products, will bring the budget of Ukraine an absolute minimum income 20 billion US dollars, and if this work is well organized, the budget can receive about 45 billion US dollars.
All funds invested in the above operation will pay off within no more than 3-4 months. This brings enormous income to the public and private Ukrainian economy, while maintaining the viability of the entire agro-industrial complex of Ukraine, which today is on the verge of bankruptcy.
Dear Mrs. Penny Sue Pritzker! You see that only with the correct management of the funds of our allied countries helping Ukraine, we will be able not only to preserve and develop the Ukrainian economy, but also to finance ourselves for survival and victory over the Russian aggressor.
With deep respect and hope for fruitful cooperation
Sincerely your friend
