Dear Vitaliy Volodymyrovych!
The residents who live at Lesya Ukrainka Boulevard, buildings 21A, 21B, 21B, Starnavodnytska Street 4, 4A, 4B, 4B, 13 and 13A, the staff and parents of the children of the kindergarten at Lesya Ukrainka Boulevard 21B, contacted me, as the head of the All-Ukrainian Public Organization “Union of Public Organizations of Ukraine “Narodna Rada”, which unites more than two million people, with an urgent request to appeal to you regarding the immediate restoration of order and the carrying out of repair work on the asphalt pavement of the roads in the largest central quarter of Kyiv, where tens of thousands of people live there.
Residents of this area demand the following works to be carried out urgently:
– to carry out reconstruction of roads, stair structures, minor expansion, as far as green spaces allow, carriageway of roads, laying of new high-quality!!! asphalt coating;
– Reconstruction of footpaths;
– reconstruction of driveways with paving;
– arrangement of lawns with the installation of fences that do not allow cars to drive onto the green covering of lawns;
– resolve the issue of stopping the construction of the facility where the pit was dug on the street. Staronavodnytska, 4, 4A, 4B. (Fill the pit, dismantle all construction wagons, remove all construction equipment). This object is considered frozen for 15 years.
– to complete the construction of the extension between the houses Staronavodnytska 13A on the one hand and the Business Center and Fitness Club “TSARSKY” on the other.
In order to avoid public speeches of the public living in the above-mentioned district, I ask you to immediately take measures to eliminate the above-mentioned shortcomings in the very heart of the central district of Kyiv, which should be exemplary for the entire capital.
