DEAR Vladimir Alexandrovich, Dmitry Alexandrovich!

We were forced to turn to you by the circumstances in which our state and people found themselves as a result of inaction of the relevant state bodies, incompetent management and inefficient use of available resources. And this is not only the land for which the struggle of domestic and foreign oligarchs began, but also its subsoil. The traditionally leading industries of the country – agricultural, energy, mining, metallurgy, chemical – have found themselves in a difficult situation.

The country’s labor resources, its scientific potential, and enormous tourist and recreational opportunities are used inefficiently. And this list, unfortunately, is by no means complete. We are well aware that all these and unnamed troubles are primarily the consequences of the previous government and its sad traditions, which still remain insurmountable.

These and other circumstances do not contribute to the formation of Ukraine on the European, civilized, path of socio-economic development.

Due to the turbulent political situation in the country, the intensification of hostilities in the east, the escalation of the pandemic, etc., the Ukrainian people are experiencing an extremely difficult period economically and psychologically. The state’s economy is developing like a wet fire, the national currency is depreciating day by day, it is not possible to eradicate corruption at least a quarter… And then there is the rampant coronavirus!

People in the daily struggle for survival are nervously exhausted, disappointed in the current government, become angry with each other… On such a social basis, hope does not grow. Chaos is growing and all that is closely connected with it – the appropriation of land and means of production, banking resources and душ human souls – slaves are known to be easy to manage…

What is this, if not outright internal and external subversive activities directed against the sovereignty of Ukraine, which is so disliked by the current malicious Putin Kremlin? Let’s say things by their names, say scientists and military experts.

Given these circumstances and in connection with the next local elections in Ukraine, the processes of social fermentation are being revived with new force – from small villages to the big capital. The capital of a great power!

It is obvious that dissatisfaction is growing among the population with the intensification of administrative-territorial reform, which could grow into a global nationwide scale and cause not only loss of governance, inconvenience to the population, budget confusion, fights and even mass protests. Who would ask, in the conditions of events in Donbass, it is profitable? Of course, only to the enemies of Ukraine.

At the same time, no one is in a hurry to improve the election legislation so that real democracy reigns in the Verkhovna Rada. Moreover, there are deliberate obstacles in the formation of state ideology and the development of healthy competitive science. In Orthodox Ukraine, the beliefs of Muslims, Jews, Buddhists, etc. are deliberately equated at the state level, without well-founded motives. discord and civil strife.

Against this “favorable” social background, corruption thrives, which, having survived a slight fright after the next presidential election, continues to develop safely. And political savagery has become commonplace. Raiding and racketeering have returned to the country from the infamous 90s of the last century…

All these negative phenomena are the result of neglect of morality, spirituality, as well as the achievements of domestic science. Science, which during the previous 29 years (years of independence!) In the form of numerous monographs, dissertations and dissertations produces organizational and economic mechanisms for solving certain problems. But what about the products that are highly valued at all times and in all countries of the world, except, as we see, Ukraine?

… The “father” of modern economic theory, the Scottish philosopher Adam Smith rightly remarked: “Great nations never become poor because of the extravagance and recklessness of individuals, but they often become poor as a result of the waste and recklessness of government.”

Ukraine is a great nation. And there is really only one way out: to eradicate waste and recklessness in the structures of state power, especially in the central ones. And the protectionism or nepotism rooted in power here (proven by previous presidents and heads of government of Ukraine!) Is not the way out.

We believe that at the current stage of development of the state (maybe even as an experiment) it is absolutely necessary to strengthen the executive bodies of our state by scientists-practitioners with relevant life and professional experience. In today’s Ukraine, there are many potential leaders who can change the situation for the better.

Our conscious choice is a well-known Ukrainian public figure, Candidate of Medicine and Doctor of Economics, Academician and First Vice President of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine, Academician of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Academician of the Academy of Social Management of Ukraine, Political Expert of the Ukrainian Institute of Policy Analysis and Management. former Prime Minister of Ukraine Anatoliy PESHKO.

Anatoliy Volodymyrovych has been successfully proving his scientific, organizational and managerial ability in various spheres of economic activity since the 1990s.

Kremenchug Ukrtatnafta, Irpin Brick Plant, Zaporizhzhya Ferroalloy Plant, Azovstal Metallurgical Plant, Northern Mining and Processing Plant in Kryvyi Rih, Cherkasy Azot… manager AV Peshko. He, like Steve Jobs and Stephen William Hawking, gives lectures, sharing with compatriots of the highest rank both theoretical knowledge and practical experience.

People like Anatoliy Volodymyrovych could lead one of the leading sectors of the economy at a difficult time for Ukraine, be not only a minister or deputy prime minister, but also the head of the Ukrainian government. We firmly believe that this would be one of the most effective and productive prime ministers of Ukraine since the formation of the independent Ukrainian state.

At the same time, we believe that numerous internal and even more external enemies are interested in despair and shaking of the political and socio-economic situation. In fact, these circumstances determine our appeal – to make a selection, agreed with the public, personnel for public office and thus implement measures to stabilize the socio-economic situation in the country.
